The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has charged Phillip Michael Williamson (Age 38 of Hesperia) in the deaths of Brandi Michelle Jones (Age 36 of Victorville), Jason Allen Culberson (Age 44 of Hesperia), and Melissa Graetz (Age 38 of Hesperia).


CASE SYNOPSIS

On Friday, August 30, 2019 and Tuesday, September 3, 2019, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department conducted investigations in the 20000 block of Wisconsin Street in Apple Valley and the 9000 block of C. Avenue in Hesperia (respectively). After a year-long investigation, Phillip Michael Williamson was arrested.

After reviewing this case, our office has charged Williamson with violating the following sections of the California Penal Code:

Penal Code Section 187(a) – Murder
Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought.

Penal Code Section 211 – Robbery
Robbery is the felonious taking of personal property in the possession of another, from his person or immediate presence, and against his will, accomplished by means of force or fear.

Penal Code Section 487(d)(2) – Grand Theft Of A Firearm
Grand theft is theft committed in any of the following cases: A firearm

Penal Code Section 29800(a)(1) – Possession Of Firearm By A Felon
Any person who has been convicted of, or has an outstanding warrant for, a felony under the laws of the United States, the State of California, or any other state, government, or country, or of an offense enumerated in subdivision (a), (b), or (d) of Section 23515, or who is addicted to the use of any narcotic drug, and who owns, purchases, receives, or has in possession or under custody or control any firearm is guilty of a felony.
