The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has charged Jamol Daniel Stewart (Age 21 of Colton) with murder.
CASE SYNOPSIS
In July of 2020, the San Bernardino Police Department initiated a homicide investigation that had occurred in their city. During the investigation, Jamol Daniel Stewart was arrested.
After reviewing this case, our office has charged Mr. Stewart with violating the following section of the California Penal Code:
Penal Code Section 187(a) – Murder (Felony)
Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought.
