The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has charged Tarik Hanif Warren (Age 39 of Highland) with murder in Highland.
CASE SYNOPSIS
On Friday, April 30, 2021, officers from the San Bernardino Police Department responded to the 2500 block of Mercedes Avenue in Highland regarding suspicious activity. During the investigation, Tarik Warren was arrested.
After reviewing this case, our office has charged Mr. Warren for violating the following section of the California Penal Code:
Penal Code Section 187(a) – Murder (Felony)
Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought.
