The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has charged Ervin Padgett (Age 37 of Fort Irwin) with murder.
CASE SYNOPSIS
On Tuesday, December 1, 2020, detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department conducted a death investigation at Fort Irwin. During their investigation, Ervin Padgett was arrested.
After reviewing this case, our office has charged Mr. Padgett with violating the following section of the California Penal Code:
Penal Code Section 187(a) – Murder (Felony)
Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought.
