The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has charged Peter Adrian Ventura IV (Age 32 of Covina) for murder in San Bernardino.
CASE SYNOPSIS
On Monday, September 7, 2020, officers from the San Bernardino Police Department responded to the 700 Block of South Meridian Avenue in San Bernardino regarding a shooting. During the investigation, Peter Adrian Ventura IV was arrested.
After reviewing this case, our office has charged Mr. Myles with violating the following section of the California Penal Code:
Penal Code Section 187(a) – Murder – Felony
Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought.
