The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has charged Daquan Lee Myles (Age 31 of San Bernardino) for murder in San Bernardino.
CASE SYNOPSIS
On Sunday, November 1, 2020 officers from the San Bernardino Police Department responded to the 2900 North block of Gardena Street in San Bernardino regarding a shooting. During the investigation, Daquan Lee Myles was arrested.
After reviewing this case, our office has charged Mr. Myles with violating the following section of the California Penal Code:
Penal Code Section 187(a) – Murder – Felony
Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought.
