The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has charged Clyde Edwyn Buschbaum (Age 50 of Victorville) with murder.
CASE SYNOPSIS
On Friday, August 7, 2020, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department responded to the 16000 block of Yucca Avenue, in Victorville, regarding a call of gunshots being heard. During their investigation, Clyde Edwyn Buschbaum was arrested.
After reviewing this case, our office has filed the following violation of the California Penal Code against Buschbaum:
Penal Code Section 187(a) – Murder
Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought.
