The desert/mountain division for the Morongo Basin is located in the city of Joshua Tree, and serves the unincorporated county areas and communities of the Morongo Basin, including Joshua Tree, Morongo Valley, Twentynine Palms, and Yucca Valley.
SAN BERNARDINO
The central division is located in the city of San Bernardino, and serves the communities of Colton, Redlands, Rialto, San Bernardino, and Yucaipa.
RANCHO CUCAMONGA
The west valley division is located in the city of Rancho Cucamonga, and serves the communities of Chino, Chino Hills, Fontana, Montclair, Upland, Ontario, and Rancho Cucamonga.

The desert/mountain division for the Victorville area is located in the city of Victorville, and serves the cities of Adelanto, Apple Valley, Barstow, Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, Victorville, and surrounding communities.
