The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has filed charges against Ryan Bernard ONeal (Age 26 of Ranch Cucamonga) for murder in Rialto.
CASE SYNOPSIS
On Thursday, January 14, 2021, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department responded to the 3600 block of Rosena Ranch Road in an unincorporated area of Rialto regarding a call of suspicious circumstances. During the investigation, Ryan Bernard ONeal was arrested.
After reviewing this case, our office has filed charges against Mr. ONeal for violating the following sections of the California Penal Code:
Penal Code Section 187(a) – Murder (Felony)
Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought.
Penal Code Section 664/187(a) – Attempted Murder (Felony)
Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought.
