SAN BERNARDINO Calif. –Nine felony charges have been filed against Angel Rojas (26) of Fontana, for actions related to an alleged assault on four victims outside an Upland bar, and subsequent follow home robbery in the City of Ontario.


On October 31st, 2021, after Rojas allegedly assaulted four victims during an altercation outside of an Upland bar, and then allegedly watched while an ambulance arrived to assist, and victims spoke to the officers on scene. After which he followed two of them as they drove back to their home, where he is again alleged to have assaulted both victims and stole one victim’s property.


Rojas has been charged with the following:
6 felony counts of PC245(a)(4) – Assault by Means of Force Likely to Produce Great Bodily Injury
2 felony counts of PC136.1(c)(1) – Dissuading a Witness by Force or Threat
1 felony count of PC211 – Second Degree Robbery


The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s office Bureau of Victim Services have assigned Victim Advocates to aid and ensure the rights of each victim as they navigate through the justice system.


Rojas is set to appeared for a preliminary hearing at Rancho Cucamonga Superior Court on January 12, 2022 and his bail is currently set at $650,000.00.
