The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has filed charges against Marc Gregory Goodwin (Age 43 of Fontana) for possession and distribution of child pornography.
CASE FILING
Today, the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office filed a total of 16 felony counts against former San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Sergeant Marc Gregory Goodwin. The charges alleged are one count of possession of child or youth pornography, in violation of Penal Code section 311.11(a); one count of possession of sadomasochistic child or youth pornography, in violation of Penal Code section 311.11(c)(2); and 14 counts of exhibiting/publishing material depicting child sexual content, in violation of Penal Code section 311.1(a). The possible exposure for these offenses is approximately 15 years in state prison. Mr. Goodwin is currently in custody and is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges tomorrow, Tuesday, June 29th via video arraignment at the Rancho Cucamonga Superior Court.
