The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has charged Alexander Manuel Luna (Age 25 of Hesperia) with murder in Hesperia.
CASE SYNOPSIS
On Wednesday, March 3, 2021, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department responded to the area of Live Oak Street near Mango Avenue in Hesperia regarding a shots fired call. During the investigation, Alexander Manuel Luna was arrested.
After reviewing this case, our office has charged Mr. Luna for violating the following section of the California Penal Code:
Penal Code Section 187(a) – Murder (Felony)
Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought.
