The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has charged Georgie Memo Salazar (Age 43 of Ontario) and Georgie Salazar, Jr., (Age 24 of Ontario) with murder.
CASE SYNOPSIS
On February 7, 2021, officers from the Ontario Police Department conducted an investigation in the 1500 block of W. Holt Boulevard, in Ontario. During their investigation, Georgie Memo Salazar and Georgie Salazar, Jr., were arrested.
After reviewing this case, our office has filed the following charges against Mr. Georgie Memo Salazar and Mr. Salazar, Jr., for violating the following sections of the California Penal Code:
Penal Code Section 187(a) – Murder (Felony)
Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought.
Penal Code Section 186.22(a) – Street Terrorism (Felony)
Any person who actively participates in any criminal street gang with knowledge that its members engage in, or have engaged in, a pattern of criminal gang activity, and who willfully promotes, furthers, or assists in any felonious criminal conduct by members of that gang, shall be punished by imprisonment in a county jail for a period not to exceed one year, or by imprisonment in the state prison for 16 months, or two or three years.
