The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has filed charges against Gabriel Borjon Correa (Age 55 of Azusa) for several child sex crimes.
CASE SYNOPSIS
On Sunday, January 17, 2021, at about 7:05 pm, officers from the Rialto Police Department went to the 700 block of West El Molino Street in Rialto, regarding a located juvenile who had run away from home. During their investigation, Gabriel Borjon Correa was arrested.
After reviewing this case, our office has filed charges against Mr. Correa for violating the following sections of the California Penal Code:
Penal Code Section 287(b)2 – Oral Copulation of A Person Under 16
Any person who commits an act of oral copulation when the act is accomplished against the victim’s will by means of force, violence, duress, menace, or fear of immediate and unlawful bodily injury on the victim or another person shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for three, six, or eight years.

Penal Code Section 261.5(d) – Unlawful Sexual Intercourse
Any person 21 years of age or older who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor who is under 16 years of age is guilty of either a misdemeanor or a felony, and shall be punished by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170 for two, three, or four years.
