The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has filed charges against Alex Ochoa (Age 23 of San Bernardino) for murder in San Bernardino.
CASE SYNOPSIS
On Sunday, November 29, 2020, officers from the San Bernardino Police Department responded to 3900 block of North Genevieve Street regarding a fight. During the investigation, Alex Ochoa was arrested.
After reviewing this case, our office has charged Mr. Ochoa, for violating the following section of the California Penal Code:
Penal Code Section 187(a) – Murder (Felony)
Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought.
