The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has charged Darius Tolentino (Age 47 of San Bernardino) with forced oral copulation and false imprisonment with violence.
CASE SYNOPSIS
On Saturday, August 15, 2020, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department began an investigation into a sexual assault which occurred at the Loma Linda Inn Hotel in the 24000 block of University Avenue, in Loma Linda. The deputies subsequently arrested Darius Tolentino.
After reviewing this case, our office has charged Tolentino with violating the following sections of the California Penal Code:
Penal Code Section 287(c)(2)(a) – Forcible Oral Copulation
Any person who commits an act of oral copulation when the act is accomplished against the victim’s will by means of force, violence, duress, menace, or fear of immediate and unlawful bodily injury on the victim or another person shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for three, six, or eight years.
Penal Code Section 236 – False Imprisonment
False imprisonment is the unlawful violation of the personal liberty of another.
