SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, Calif. – The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has filed murder charges against Ryan Wicks (39) of Riverside, for allegedly causing an auto collision on March 31, 2022 that killed one individual and injured another while driving intoxicated. Wicks, the owner of Wicks Brewing in Riverside has one previous DUI conviction in 2005 in San Bernardino County.
Defendant Wicks has been charged with:
Count 1) PC 187 – Murder
Count 2) VC23153(a) – Driving Under the Influence of an Alcoholic Beverage Causing Injury
Wicks was arrested at the hospital following the incident, and later posted bond in the amount of $1,100,000.00. His next hearing date is set for June 6, 2022 at 8:30am at Rancho Cucamonga Courthouse department R19.
